Andrew Chen

Wealth Management Advisor

Andrew began his career in the financial industry in 2007 with Bank of America. Being at Bank of America as a Personal Banker during the heart of the financial crisis made him realize the importance of a tailored financial plan. He personally saw the lack of diversification in multiple family’s portfolios may have caused retirees to go back to work. It became a passion of his to work with families so they would never experience what many people did during the crisis. In 2010, Andrew joined Edward Jones to become a Financial Advisor. He built his business by knocking on doors the old fashioned way. He believed in their process because he always felt there was no better way to gain experience and learn about a person and/or their family than by sitting at their kitchen table. After approximately eight years with Edward Jones, Andrew left Edward Jones in 2017 to partner with LPL Financial, one of the nation’s largest independent broker/dealers.* In 2019, Andrew expanded his partnership with LPL Financial by founding West Capital Wealth Management. Andrew lives by the motto “if your money is important to you, then it’ll always be important to me.”

If he gets the chance to get away, he’ll most likely be in a place affiliated with Disney with his wife, Lisa and daughters Arianna and Liana. Locally, you’ll most likely catch him with his family at a dance or gymnastics studio watching his two girls. You’ll also see Andrew and his family at Lifetime Fitness as living a healthy lifestyle is important to him and his family.
